WhatNexis WhatsApp allows users to send WhatsApp messages directly from Google Sheets using Meta's Cloud API or authorized WhatsApp gateway integrations.

2. User Responsibilities & Spam Policy

• You are solely responsible for all content, messages, and communications sent through WhatNexis WhatsApp.
• You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms and Messaging Policies.
• Sending unsolicited messages (spam), illegal content, or violating user consent is strictly prohibited. Pathnexis Solutions reserves the right to terminate access for misuse.

3. Google Workspace & Meta API Compliance

WhatNexis WhatsApp relies on APIs provided by Google Workspace and Meta (WhatsApp). You must maintain valid accounts and credentials for any third-party services integrated with our extension.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

WhatNexis WhatsApp is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pathnexis Solutions makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, delivery guarantees of third-party networks, or message delivery speed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathnexis Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
